Expansion of own real estate portfolio
The Sellhorn Group now leases and manages a total of 23 rental apartments in Hamburg-Kirchwerder in addition to the existing properties.
The five houses are fully rented and are to be made available to employees of the Zollenspieker Fährhaus as official apartments in the future, subject to availability.
